1. As per the Indian Tax Regulations, all the products shall be shipped with a unique invoice number mentioning the product price.

2. The cost of shipping is calculated and displayed on the order status in website.

3. It is our policy to deliver your order as per the time lines.

4. The majority of our orders are shipped and delivered within  5-7 working days.

5. Our products are shipped on all days, excluding public holidays. Although we strive hard to deliver your order on time, due to a load with the courier, an estimated delay of 2-3 days might be expected.

6. We partner with only reputed & trusted courier agencies in order to ensure timely delivery of the products in good condition.

7. While we shall try to ship all the products of your order together, this may not be possible due to product characteristics and availability of the products.
